The Oceana shirt is a fan favorite. Ample, comfortable fit and a soft organic cotton that you don’t even feel you are wearing it. Inspired to be the all-through summer shirt, for casual and, why not, even semi-formal occassions thanks to its black pearl buttons.

A light weight shirt that you can button up, or wear it loose as an overshirt. The choice is yours. There is no shirt out there that compares!

Craftmanship

Dyed using vegetable dyes. Each hank of yarn was dyed manually by expert dyers from Gujarat. This is why there are differences in tone within one shirt, as it is impossible to obtain always the exact same color.

The leafs of Indigofera tinctorea were used to dye the yarn into a deep indigo blue. The bark of the Acacia Tree allows for a mellow brown that cobines to perfection with Indigo.

Fermented Indigo pots can stay alive for long periods of time if taken care continuosly. This way resources are not wasted. And even if a pot cannot be reactivated it is all organic compounds, and the sludge at the bottom of the pots is an excellent compost.

Our collections are made in small limited batches.

Washing Instructions
  • Wash, dry and iron INSIDE-OUT
  • First washes with similar colour
  • Cold wash
  • pH Neutral soap
  • Do NOT put in the dryer, instead shadow hang-dry
  • Do NOT dry clean
  • Avoid acid stains such as vinegar or lemon
  • Colour will change with time
