Product description
We are venturing ourselves in the world of hats. And just for the fun of it, we came up with the Trails Hat. That old vintage look from conductor hats in a classy heavy weight corduroy and our distinguished brown.

We wanted to avoid all plastic of course, so our visor is very moldable. Fold it up to let the light in, and back down to avoid the sun. A very playful hat.

Craftmanship

Dyed using vegetable dyes. Fabric is dyed using a modified jigger machine for natural dyes by expert dyers from Gujarat.

The mellow brown tone has been obtained using the bark of the Acacia Tree. Residue from the dyeing process is minimum and is used as compost.

We used leftover fabric from our Canyon Pants in Acacia Twill for the inside lining.

Our collections are made in small limited batches.

Washing Instructions
  • Wash, dry and iron INSIDE-OUT
  • First washes with similar colour
  • Cold wash
  • pH Neutral soap
  • Do NOT put in the dryer, instead shadow hang-dry
  • Do NOT dry clean
  • Avoid acid stains such as vinegar or lemon
  • Colour will change with time
