Shipping & Returns

Once the order has been formalized, that is, with acceptance of the conditions of usage and confirmation of the buying process, Ekome Studio will send an email to the client confirming the details of the order done.

If when ended an order the client does not receive a confirmation email, the client must get in touch with us at info@ekomestudio.com

All of our in-stock products are shipped free via USPS for orders $120.00 or more. With the exception of orders placed on Saturday, all orders will be shipped in 1–3 business days. That means you should receive your package within 7-10 business days or less from the shipment date.

We will issue you a tracking number once we have sent out your package.

All international packages are sent via USPS exclusive of taxes, duties, and customs fees. We cannot suggest a delivery time as it depends on how efficient each country’s customs agents are. All international packages are traceable.

We want to dress you up slow and easy.

We offer free returns within 21 days of receiving the product for selected items. Please send us an email to begin the process.

For an exchange, we will have to process the return and you can purchase the item again via our shop site.

For a return, please indicate the garment(s) being returned and why. Returns will be refunded in form of store credit or to your original payment method. Indicate in your email the method of refund.

Please allow five business days to process an exchange or return once we have received it.

Make sure it’s the right fit. Keep in mind that anything you return needs to be in re-sellable condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with it’s original tags and packaging in a secure and waterproof way.

Return shipping is free within the U.S. for selected items. For all items on sale, clearance or pre-orders return shipping cost belong to the customer.

If you’re returning from overseas, we ask that you cover the cost.
